Founded in Australia in 2003, Australis Group started as a single construction business with a simple idea: build things properly, treat people fairly, and think long term. Two decades later, we have grown into a diversified group spanning twelve operating divisions — from healthcare and hospitality to logistics and software.

Australis Group founded in Australia, starting with a single construction business.
- 2007
Expanded into property development and real estate, completing first major mixed-use project.
- 2010
Launched healthcare division with acquisition of first community hospital.
- 2014
Opened new head office at 575 Bourke Street and expanded into hospitality.
- 2017
Established logistics and retail divisions; opened additional Australian offices.
- 2020
Launched software and IT services division; expanded national office coverage.
